Viral counts can : go to an unmeasurable level, when under treatment, other markers can be very low as well. Important to discuss with your doctor to be sure, and don't stop your medications. Stopping the meds can result in resistant viral strains developing.

Agree with Dr. B: If the test was for viral level, that can become "normal" with effective treatment, but you are not cured. Keep taking your medication and keep seeing your doctor as recommended by her/him. Wish you good health!
