I took descovy (prep) for hiv prevention for almost one year. i developed sudden mild bilateral gynecomastiaand it hasnt gone away despite no longer taking nor needing the medication. i an hiv negative. is this normal ? treatment. ?

Gynecomastia is not listed as a common side effect of Descovy. If this was sudden onset, and did not resolve with stopping the Descovy, you should follow up with your doctor for lab tests to determine cause.
