So i feel a discomfort by the trunk of my neck near my clavicle on my left side. no noticeable bump. feels tight especially after sleeping! noticeable tightness and slight pain when move neck or stretch neck a certain way. pea sized squishy bump?

Squishy bump: Could be involved lymph node signaling infection. Could be from dental issues, muscle strain, etc. Please see BOTH your General Physician and your General Dentist to arrive at the case of your discomfort. With proper treatment yo will feel better.
