Nasal saline rinses: Nasal saline rinses may be used to reduce post nasal drip. Monitor for fever and if the cough worsens, please see your PCP. Drink fluids and rest.

Ive been having chest pain that sometimes feels like a sore muscle and sometimes it feels like mild stabbing pain and spreads to my shoulder and arms. I have a sore throat too and cough and nasal congestion for almost two weeks now, can it be the flu?
