I did an early pregnancy test which came out negative i have a pcos condition now i get a brownish spotting is it possible i'm pregnant?

Most likely: not pregnant. Polycystic ovarian syndrome results in irregular ovulation/periods. A build up of the uterine lining can occur, resulting in irregular bleeding. If wishing to be pregnant, a check with your doctor, could help get your ovulations back on track.
