Fibroadenomas: of the breast, are benign solid tumors. If they grow, surgical removal is an option. Any breast mass should be examined and closely checked by your doctor, to be sure that no malignant potential is present.

Agree with Dr. B: Surgical resection of the lesion and submitting the tissue to be examined by a pathologist is the recommended course of action.
