Normal: It's a common benign growth in the breast, not associated with cancer. You may continue to make these. Regular self-exam can familiarize you with how lumpy you may be all the time. If you feel something new or very different have your primary care provider check it.

Does breast fibroadenoma go away and tend to reappear in the same spot in 5 years? Or was it just hidden somehow and not clearly felt in breast exams?
