I have my 4 yr old grandson who we got to bed with squeaky voice just after midnight his chest closed up and his temp is now 40deg. ive taken all his cloths off and given him 10 ml of ponstan. he is not getting better. what should i do ?

Physician visit: Please see a physician for an evaluation. Flu and other viral illnesses and bacterial illness should be evaluated. If his throat is sore, a Strep test can also be performed. High fever that is not diminishing is a reason to see your physician soon. Keep your grandson well hydrated, monitor his temperature and treat fever.
