Depends on situation: Roughly half of males go through transient gynecomastia (breast enlargement) the onset of puberty & most resolve within 6m to a year.A few will have persistent or dramatic gynecomastia. If its not due to excess weight or some medical condition or drug use is primarily a cosmetic issue.You may need to consult a cosmetic surgeon to have residual tissue removed.
