I have had firm nodes on left neck side, left supraclavicular nodes for 6-8wks. have grown 1-3cm, & faster over the last 2-3wks. some joined. not sick in 1yr. chest pain, tired, lost 2kg in jan, now 76kg. 99% sure it is nothing; but what is it?

Get evaluated: I would not assume it is nothing. Enlarging supraclavicular nodes in a 19 yo with weight loss may be the 1st sign of a lymphatic cancer. If so survival is not only possible but most likely if it is found & treated early.
