Years ago i woke up and my right lung and the bottom of my left lung it was hurting bad last months my situation wrosened constant fatigue pain in the lungs shortness of breath heart attacks to left of neck sleep apnea pimples in the throat and gums?

Lung problems years ago in someone your age suggested something u Might have been born with. Discuss with a Dr who can see and examine you. And get TBC skin test.

Perhaps it's time that you saw a Physician for a full Physical Examination. For example,I doubt that you are having recurrent heart attacks. A computer search is not a substitute for na complete medical history, medication (Rx, OTC, recreational), lab tests, imaging, etc., if for no other reason you should establish your own personal base-line to be kept on file with your General Physician.
