Truma in lower left abdominal wall caused pain during urination that i can't urinate without analgesics,i assume there is urethral injury but can't go with catheters so if left like that will the urethra heal with uring passing through it?

Too many assumptions: A diagnosis will be needed. An imaging study will be needed in order to understand the amount of damage before speculating any further.
