Ttc since oct ive had two periods a month havent had period since jan 4th i do have milky discharge should a pregnancy test show positive by now took one said negative do have nausea and lower back pain mild cramping and little dizzy headed ty ?

Retest: if still negative, this is likely from irregular ovulation, possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome. Testing with your doctor is appropriate, sooner rather than later.
