H/A/dizzy/period: There is variation is how one feels during the period , so may be variation or concomitant viral/bacterial infection. Do you have diarrhea? burning with urination? Would check blood pressure and check for sinusitis,UTI as well. F/U with doctor/ urgent care if persists 24 hours or worsening symptoms. .
