Basics: Anyone performs their best when healthy, well nourished, well rested & in a comfortable setting. The 1st focus should be on assuring all these primary features ate met. A checkup to exclude any medical problems would be a place to start as is a review of sleeping habits. If the doc thinks there is an issue that needs treatment it can be arranged.
