My 3 year old son got his eye test back and he failed the eyes focusing evenly. there was white in his left pupil in a pic. could this be cancer?

Worrisome: He needs to see an ophthalmologist for both these problems. He needs to see someone now. Not focusing and a white reflex is very concerning and take whatever route you need to have him seen. Talk to your provider to get help. All the best and I hope he does well.

Yes: This is serious. A full evaluation is in order. Many of these eye cancers can be cured. This may also be something else entirely and easily managed.
