Don't drive yourself: After a head bonk, a person usually goes to the ER or her doctor if she: vomits more than once, loses consciousness more than 30 seconds, has a headache getting worse over time, has changes in her behavior such as getting irritable, has changes in coordination such as clumsiness (or dizziness as in this case), is confused such as difficulty recognizing people or places, or has changes in speech.

Postconcussional : Syndrome. It would not be a bad idea to check in with your doc as the time from the head concussion is not apparent. Pain and dizziness are common symptoms of postconcussional syndrome and they may linger for a while.
