Hi. my 3 year old has been diagnosed with bronchitis for the last 12 hours ive been medicating with the following; stilpane, panado, clopamon-s, telfast, monteflo, nexiam & sandoz co. his fever is still very high, what should i do?

To Hospital: It would be prudent to take him to the nearest hospital for an evaluation and treatment.

Evaluation: If he still has a persistent cough, difficulty breathing and high fever, please see your Pediatrician. He may have a bacterial pneumonia. Treatment with an antibiotic such as Amoxicillin is indicated in this case. An imaging study may help to confirm the diagnosis.
