Can i give my 4 year old tylenol (acetaminophen) after i gave her similasan cough and cold relief? its been 3 hours but her fever is still high.

Most likely: I am not familiar with similasin, but if you read the ingredients, and it does not have acetaminophen in it , then you can give Tylenol. if it does contain acetaminophen, then you must wait 4 hours to administer tylenol
