Could be bowel: spasms, adhesions, or less likely leakage of repaired bowel. If fever, this is urgent, if just continues with no fever, you still should discuss with your surgeon.

Ask your surgeon: Ask your surgeon. If you have not had a problem with those foods before this since your surgery, then it is definitely something you should tell him/her. So call or get seen to get examined.
