Musculoskeletal: Twenties female with pain pattern of unilateral low back pain, anterior thigh pain and pain in region of anterior iliac region likely has sacroiliac joint disorder, possibly from injury and/or joint hypermobility syndrome (jhs). An osteopathic doctor would be best specialist to evaluate. Review brighton criteria for jhs.
