See a doc.: Chest pain at any age is worrying. It can have many causes, at your age you may have pneumonia but you could have an irregular heart rhythm. We cannot tell based on the limited info we see in a short question whether or not you have something serious or not. Please go to an Emergency Department now and get checked out.
