Scary: All symptoms point to a the fact that you are having some type of tachy-arrhythmia (fast abnormal heat rhythm). Given what you're describing, your body is not tolerating it very well so I suggest a trip to the closest ER or Urgent care center and would have another person drive or call 911.

Fever?: You are really sick. Either you have the flu, or something else is wrong. You need an evaluation in an ER. Call EMS or have someone drive you. This is not something that can be fixed through a computer, you need an exam.
