The base of my right thumb, but sometimes other parts of hands is twitching when i type or use mouse.i typed and used mouse quite a lot over many years. oould it be a repetitive motion injury? how can i treat it or stop it?it is scary. thank you!

Not scary: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. You could help yourself by taking short breaks between episodes of typing.
