My daughter 23 months, looks to have a slight watery mucus red tint in her stool nappy. cant confirm if it is blood. she is happy and active since the stool, and does not show any signs of discomfort. should we worry?

Watery mucus in kid: Would follow up with pediatrician /pediatric gastroenterologist. May be early sign of food allergy intolerance. inflammatory bowel, current infection or Meckels diverticulum .
