Hi i have a bump like red thing behind my bottom left molar it only has pain when i touch it not very large but its as if my molar is cutting into it any ideas?... just did tiny incision in it lot of blood came out no puss also weird white stuff??

Fistula: It appears you have a draining abscess. this will not resolve on its own. Please see a local dentist for an exam to determine the cause of the abscess and any treatment necessary. Failure to treat can not only result in the spread of the infection, but also loss of supporting bone in that area and ultimately loss of teeth.

Self surgery: Done under non-sterile conditions by a layman can result in serious wide-spread infection. See your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon. There are too many possibilities to list here, mostly easily treatable. But there are somme that are not and you can do serious harm to yourself. Please see a professional with thousands of hours of training and years of experience.
