Hello doc, i had undergone a pl thoracotomy for primary spontaneous pneumothorax 1year back and as a complication have suffered left rectus abdominis atrophy (upper 2/3) on the side of incision. it hasn't recovered. can anything be done?

Physical therapy: If there is no current infection of the area, physical therapy focused on strengthening the muscle may be helpful. It should be completed with the guidance of a physician to avoid any injury to the area.
