A flexible one: Great question. I have worked with people with borderline personality disorder (bpd) who are some of the brightest, most creative, engaging people I have ever met. Bpd is something that can be helped with psychotherapy and medication and it does not define the person totally. With treatment, this person can do anything he or she desires. But as a general rule i would recommend more flexibility.
