Possible: It is possible that you do have an anxiety disorder as well as a sleep disorder. Improving sleep quality may help with your anxiety. Talk to your doc about your symptoms.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!

Unclear: A more detailed hx would be necessary to comment on anxiety , sleep definitely a pbm can effect may issues. Stay with same wake time every day , 9hrs prior develop and do the same nightly a 30min process to give body a clear msg time for sleep , need to avoid bright light or screens 1hr prior to bed, , need cool , quiet, dark and comfy place to sleep , also consider adding 4-500mg magnesium
