Hello: That might be an allergic reaction, try to remember if you used something different or ate something not usual. If the itchy continues you can try to take an antihistaminic pill. The more important thing here is to determine what caused the reaction. Thank you

See dermatologist: If lesion has been present for more than 7-10 days, would see dermatologist for dx and poss tx. Without pics, this could be anything from a fungus, allergy, eczema, or something a bit more esoteric.
