Good day. once a while i'm getting severe heart palpitations. it start at my stomach with sweating and feeling like needles and pins on my arms.

See a doc ASAP: You need to see your primary care, internal Med or cardiologist ASAP. You need to have EKG and further work up for any cardiac problem. Pls do not ignore your symptoms. It could be anxiety too but at your age group the risk Of heart problem is much higher. Pls take a small Baby aspirin meanwhile but go to a doctor today.
