See holistic doc: This depends on what's causing you symptoms; it could be related to deficiencies of essential fats, vitamins or minerals, sensitivities to foods or detergents etc., chronic infections that haven't been detected, imbalances of the autonomic nervous system etc. I advise you consult a holisitic/integrative gynecologist, naturopath, homeopath or acupuncturist who may help discover/address the cause.

Vaginitis: There are several kinds of vaginitis that could do this. Ask your doctor about yeast infection, desquamative interstitial vaginitis, and atrophic vaginitis due to low estrogen. Low estrogen is mostly a problem in older women, but sometimes occurs younger, especially for thin athletic women.
