Problrm in ileum?: Underdistension of ileum ( 3rd part of small intestine)in the CT scan indicate possible disease in the ileum or beginning of large intestine which is the next part of gastrointestinal system following ileum. It could be inflammation, infection or malignancy. You will need a ileocolonoscopy and most likely a biopsy of the ileum.
