These angiogram findings are abnormal but not life threatening. I wonder you had percutaneous coronary angiogram or CT angiogram done. If you have had chest pain or you were recently diagnosed of myocardial ischemia or infarction, you may need coronary revascularization. To answer your question, yes, you should concern about these abnormal findings and follow cardiologist's advice.
