Can try exercises: The ultimate treatment might be Lasik surgery though it is expensive. While this does not always work, there are eye exercises that help at least some people and cost nothing except the small expense of a book to instruct you. Vision For Life by Meir Schneider PhD is one such book (he also has a CD called Miracle Eyesight Method) or Improve Your Vision by Steven Beresford or similar books.
