They should not: Adderall contains dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, so gives a positive amphetamine result on a drug screen if the level of it is high enough to be detected. Vyvanse contains lisdexamfetamine, which becomes amphetamine in the body, so also gives a positive amphetamine result. Neither medication gives a positive methamphetamine (meth) result.
