I'm 29 weeks pregnant with twins. this afternoon there i needed to go urinate and as i got up i got some liquid run down my legs. i got to the toilet and urinated. did i just get up to late to go to the bathroom or was that my water breaking?

It could be either,: More likely your fluid if flow continues, more likely your bladder if it does not. If in doubt an exam with your doctor or at the hospital OB unit would be strongly advised.
