No: Never heard of this type of transmission of infection from splash of Poop mix. You should be concerned about the cut back there. More information needed to direct your care. Please go to a doctor to get the diagnosis and treatment for the cut back there.

Normal: This occurs when your urine is concentrated and is normal. When you drink more water, you dilute your urine and the odor is not as noticeable.
