Upon receiving my blood test results for a complete metabolic panel, my alkaline phosphatase showed low at 31, with the normal range being 33-115. should this be a cause for concern?

There are few medical conditions in which alkaline phosphates may be found low, but most commonly in clinic an elevated alkaline phosphatase is concerning.
