Low means good. The cited low end number from the lab is just a population normal. High numbers reflect damage to tissue that spills these proteins into the bloodstream. We don't treat normal and anything below the population expected low level is good.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. A low alkaline phosphatase is of no clinical concern. It only matters if it is elevated. That is why your doctor did not comment on it. Good luck.
