Oil of Clove: The home remedy may provide very, very temporary relief, but will not solve your problem. It is imperative you immediately see a dentist... yes, it is safe for your unborn child. Failing to treat this NOW can cause a systemic infection which can cause issues with your pregnancy. Your dentist will consult with your OBGYN as needed. Please don't delay.

Oil of cloves: Safe, yes. Effective, no. Will only provide temporary relief from pain, but will not cure the infected tooth. And infection can do harm to both you and your baby. What to do? See a Dentist immediately who can immediately treat the infection and relieve the pain .
