Question vague but: Sinusitis can be treated with antibiotics to kill bacteria in the sinuses, plus a decongestant (often a combination such as Claritin-D or Zyrtec-D), and a steroid nasal spray such as Nasonex (mometasone) or Flonase to shrink some of the swelling inside the nose, to allow the sinuses to properly drain. Persistent sinusitis symptoms may need longer treatment and an ENT doctor evaluation.
