Allergic reaction: Any sensation of throat swelling, trouble breathing or marked weakness(from low bp) would be reasons to go to the hospital emergency room for prompt attention. Take an antihistamine like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin(is nondrowsy). You may have reacted to the salmon and thus I would avoid eating it as the next reaction could be much more serious. Consult an allergist for further advic
