? Urticaria: Acute urticaris can present as such, most of time no reason can be found if we exclude a reaction to food, drug or garment. At times there could be a hidden fungal skin infection some where, under breasts or somewhere else, oral antihistamines OTC can help if taken regularly, read the labels carefully, if no improvement see your doctor for assessment, good luck
