Lesions? : This sounds like some kind of inflammatory disorder. Are you ill? Do you have fever? Any contacts with illness? Any change in urine color? Weight loss? You need to have a complete history and physical exam to explore this evolving rash and get to the bottom of it. We may be able to point you on the right direction with an initial assessment of the rash in a prime visit with good photos.
