A member asked:

Is it a common presentation of lung cancer to be asymptomatic and just have a single palpable supraclavicular node as the only perceived sign?

Relatively: While not common, there is a well described category of malignancies of unknown primary, where sometimes pathology is not revealing the possible origin. In this case it sounds that per biopsy of lymph node, the origin was assigned to lung. If discovered early, most cancers are asymptomatic.
