can gastroparesis cause low grade fever of up to 100? second flare. lots of endo, ct, mri, blood tests show nothing but mild gastritis and mild post viral gastroparesis. i am running fevers up to 99.7-100 since my epigastric pain started over 3 weeks

Unlikely: For gastroparesis to cause fever. The cause for gastroparesis, viral or autoimmune may cause also low grade fever. Drug fever is also common in case you started new drugs.
