Naltrexone: Is not recommended for RA, used typically for opiate and alcohol addiction. Naproxen has been traditionally used as a first line of RA treatment. Best to answer your question would be your rheumatologist who has the best view and understanding of your overall situation ( how severe is RA, comorbidities, etc)
