Methotrexate : One week after taking the last dose you can undergo the procedure but after doing blood count making sure your neutrophil counts above 1000.

Gold therapy?: I sww you were on Methotrexate for RA . Were you ever on gold therapy? If no then okay but if you ever were on gold therapy you CAN NOT have laser tattoo removal using the gold standard Q switched lasers.
