3 years ago orchidometer testes volume 15 bilaterally; present day ultrasound shows 10 and 12 volume; does this indicate atrophy? is volume 10 and 12 normal for an adult male ultrasound volume?

Age,alcohol can do: With aging the testicular atrophy can occur. Similarly excess alcohol consumption can cause it. The other common condition that can cause t. atrophy is cirrhosis(scarring of liver). Get yourself tested by surgeon.
